The Guest House is nestled deep in the heart of River Valley. The tall pine trees shield the guest house on cold winter nights & provide the perfect ambiance for summer night bonfires. The Guest House is situated 30 meters south of the main chalet where quick tee times can be arranged or tube slide passes can be picked up.
Main Level – 4 Bedrooms (2 twin beds in each), Kitchen, living room & one washroom with shower & tub.
Lower Level – 7 twin beds plus one washroom with shower & tub.
Additional Amenities – Barbeque, Fridge, Stove, TV, Free Parking
Bell Satellite TV & Wifi is included.
Pillows, bedding, comforter, bath & hand towels, dish & hand soap are all provided. You have access to pots, pans, plates, utensils, glassware, coffee maker, tv, barbecue, fridge, stove, microwave. If you choose to have a bonfire in our fire pit, please bring your own firewood. You are responsible for any damages incurred to the Guest house, please take good care.
No pets allowed due to guest allergies.
River Valley has a strict non-smoking policy, smoking in the guest house will result in a $500 restoration fee. If you smoke please step outside the house.

If you are unable to make your visit to River Valley and require us to cancel your reservation, you must provide 72 hours notice before arrival. Otherwise, the value of your stay will be billed to you. Cancellations made 72 hours or more before your reservation are subject to a $15 administration fee.
